I’m Emma, mum to two girls (2 years old and 4 months old).  I run free parent and baby exercise classes. I know firsthand how isolating early parenthood can be.  I want to create a space that you can turn up as you are and support you on the hard days. No parent should have to navigate parenthood alone and that’s what I'm here to change.
