Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to anyone purchasing a sponsorship or showcase package with Mumma Connections / Meet Suffolk Mums, in addition to our general Website Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 By purchasing any sponsorship or showcase package, you agree to these terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to decline, pause, or cancel any sponsorship at our discretion — for example, if content submitted is inappropriate, misleading, or doesn't align with our community values. Where possible, we'll let you know and offer the chance to resubmit.
1.3 Prices are correct at the time of purchase and may change for future bookings or renewals. Any price change will not affect a period you've already paid for.
1.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2. Facebook Sponsor
2.1 Facebook Sponsor is a rolling monthly subscription, billed monthly until cancelled.
2.2 You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' notice, by emailing hello@mummaconnections.com. Your sponsorship remains active, and payment due, until the notice period ends
2.3 Posting is limited to up to 3 times per week, plus Small Business Saturday. We reserve the right to remove any post that doesn't meet our community guidelines or goes above this number of posts.
2.4 Success Circle members receive a 20% discount — get in touch to apply this to your subscription.
3. Event Sponsor
3.1 Event Sponsor is a one-off payment tied to a specific, agreed event date.
3.2 If your chosen event is cancelled or postponed by us, we'll offer you the next available event at no extra cost, or a full refund.
3.3 If you need to withdraw as sponsor, please give as much notice as possible — refunds within 14 days of the event may not be possible if promotional materials have already gone out.
3.4 Supplying a banner is optional and remains your responsibility, including drop off before and collection afterwards unless otherwise agreed.
4. Premium Sponsor
4.1 Premium Sponsor is an annual package, payable in full or in monthly instalments across the year.
4.2 Only one Premium Sponsor is taken at any time.
4.3 If paying monthly, the full annual amount remains payable across the year even if you choose to stop using the sponsorship benefits before the year ends.
4.4 Should you wish to cancel partway through the year, please contact us directly to discuss — refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once the sponsorship period has begun.
5. Podcast Sponsor
5.1 Podcast Advert is a one-off payment for a single agreed episode slot.
5.2 You are responsible for recording and providing your own advert (up to 30 seconds), and for ensuring its content is accurate and not misleading.
5.3 We reserve the right to request a re-recording, or decline to air an advert, if content doesn't meet our guidelines.
5.4 If your recording isn't received in good time for your booked episode, we reserve the right to move your slot to the next available episode.
6. Business Showcase
6.1 Business Showcase is a one-off payment tied to a specific, agreed event date.
6.2 One showcase spot is available per event.
6.3 If your chosen event is cancelled or postponed by us, we'll offer you the next available event at no extra cost, or a full refund.
6.4 You are responsible for your own table display, stock, and materials on the day.
